Calling all tourism pros based in Benidorm, Spain! As an Excursion Guide you will become a local expert and be passionate about customer service. Looking after international guests, you will be able to enhance the guests holiday experience as the guide for our Excursions. ABOUT OUR OFFER A uniform is standard at TUI. Inform our guests about sustainability and the local culture and help them make a positive impact Working a varied schedule, including day, evening, night and weekend shifts You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with guest feedback results for service provided in your excursions. Requisitos : A consistently happy colleague and great team player. A true people person confident in communicating to a bigger group of international guests whilst remaining calm and empathetic. Willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible destinations and their culture. Passionate about showing and teaching our guests about our destinations. You are fully conversational in English and Dutch French language and driving licenses would be advantageous. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key, as well as the ability to solve problems and to work well both independently and as part of a diverse team. Finally you will be proud to wear your TUI Blues and always represent our TUI Smile.
