Our AI-driven platform is already used by over 3,000 hotels, and we are on a mission to triple our size in the next 12 months.As our Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the engine of our sales team. Your goal is to identify and qualify high-potential opportunities within medium and large hotel chains across international markets. You will work closely with our Account Executives to build a solid, strategic pipeline.Your ResponsibilitiesOutbound Execution: Run multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) to connect with international hotel groupsLead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers and book high-quality demos for the Account Executive teamCRM Management: Use HubSpot to track activities, manage your pipeline, and report on progressActivity Targets: Hit weekly KPIs for calls, personalized messages, and meetings bookedValue Communication: Master the Ecostars narrative to explain the ROI of sustainability and our SaaS platformSales Excellence: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales playbookWho We Are Looking ForExperience: 1+ years in sales, ideally within a SaaS or Startup environmentCommunication: High-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
