As a trainee, you will provide support for the business conducted by the FCS Department, that cooperates with the Energy & Real Assets (ERA), Trade Finance (ITB) and Corporate and Leverage Finance (CLF) departments for both Agency role, bilateral and syndicated transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesEntry and maintenance of the deals in SMAC and Loantracker (dedicated deals tools). Liaise with Financing and Trade Operations (FTO) for daily running of all deals.Maintain diary systems to ensure all actions on the portfolio are monitored.Follow-up cash flows for the portfolio including managing drawdowns and repayments for loans, liaising with FTO.Ensure that a high level of interaction and communication is maintained with the Front Office to ensure full knowledge of developments in the agency and non-agency roles, waivers etcPrepare Front Sheets with all the relevant deal information’s to communicate internally new ITB, ERA or CLF operations. Clarify the doubts that FTO may have.Review the risk approvals to check that the FO request is in line with the documentation received.Monitor and report covenants (with a specific focus on financial covenants), monitor the upkeep of securities.Collaborate providing information on the portfolio to the Front Office, as reasonably requested, e.G. for inclusion in annual reviews.Support product lines team to handle waivers requests from existing files.Assist in the implementation of cross border financing Support with the internal procedures, follow up transaction, documentation.Collaborate in the validation of CESCE policies for global guaranteed facilities, only in agency role.Collaborate in the follow up of Distressed Assets (DAS) files, documentation etc…Knowledge neededFinancial skills related to loans (calculation of interests of a loan for a specific period, knowledge of Computer skills: Excel, Power pointEnglishEducation required: Business Administration and Management or LawCompetencies required: InitiativeCommunicationTime ManagementInfluence & PersuasionNegotiationDiplomacyOrganisationLanguages: High level of English and Spanish.
