Digital Transformation Leadership:- Lead digital transformation efforts, leveraging digital technologies to enhance sustainability practices, operational efficiency, data analytics, and customer experience. - Identify and evaluate digital solutions, platforms, and partnerships that can drive sustainable practices, improve resource utilization, and minimize environmental impact. - Evaluate together with D&TO; the LTP investment plan in Information technologies and associated program management. - Enable the internal systems and technologies required to transact Renew Solutions business globally. Communication and Content Creation:- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy and plan to engage internal and external stakeholders regarding refurbishment and remanufacturing initiatives, emphasizing sustainability. - Translate Renew Solution's capabilities to the financial community, supporting HP Investor Relations to communicate the Renew value added through climate-based transactions. The goal is to increase HP's value as we increase our engagement in the circular economy. - Effectively communicate the organization's refurbishment and remanufacturing achievements, value proposition, and sustainability efforts, highlighting the positive environmental and social impacts. - Serve as a spokesperson for Renew Solutions strategies, representing the organization at sustainability conferences, events, and media engagements. Global Center or Excellence- Formulate and integrate the CoE organization, structure, teams, and processes seamlessly within the Renew Solutions Organization. - Develop a mature staffing model, defining roles and responsibilities across various domains of expertise, including Finance, Market Analysis, Data Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, Process Engineering and Management, and Content Management. - Collaborate with diverse functions, business teams, and projects to guarantee comprehensive documentation of new end-to-end processes. - Utilize data gathering, analysis, and mining to map processes and drive process enhancements through methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Quality, and similar process improvement approaches. - Develop a comprehensive Data-Driven business tracking and reporting system, employing tools like Power BI dashboards. - Support the CoE training strategy, leveraging optimal communication platforms for different purposes (Teams, SharePoint Sites, Email, etc. ). - Establish and update the Renew Solutions Value Chain, including tasks like Refurbished Product Number (PN) Setup (NPI), Price List Generation, Warranty Management, Remarketing Reporting, and SQL Database Management. - Oversee Lease Desk Analyst responsibilities as the central coordinator for interactions with all Lenders, including awarding deals, justifying decisions, managing rate cards, and reporting on awards and scoring criteria. - Actively participate in the development of IT solutions (e. g., Residual Value, Asset Tracking, Digital Twins, Digital Solutions), while enhancing and managing associated platforms and databases.
