This position is part of our Customer Success (CS) team, whose mission is to ensure that our clients have a smooth and successful experience using the software products we support.
We are looking for a Technical Support Agent fluent in German to provide expert service for an IT project based in Granada. A medium level of English is also expected.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide customer support services via telephone and email, delivering clear and satisfactory solutions to customer inquiries while exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with international teams to continuously keep your knowledge up to date.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the entire customer service experience, every time.
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyse customer issues, providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain high-speed interaction with the Development Team when escalation or technical collaboration is required.
- Work closely with the Level 2 Support Team to resolve more complex cases.
What requirements do we seek?
- You are fluent German, both spoken and written (mandatory ).
- A medium level of English is assumed.
- Experience in technical support is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of hardware, networking, routers, and mobile devices.
- An IT or other relevant technical education is a strong advantage.
- You are a quick learner and open to working with new technologies and products.
- You are adaptable, a strong communicator, and good at multitasking and problem solving.
- You are available for a long-term position.

Main responsibilities :

Core skills/experience :
- Passionate about Tech and Consumer Electronics (Entertainment and Audio/Video Electronics, IT and Computing Devices, Mobile Devices, Smart Home Solutions etc.)
- Previous Sales experience in Retail or Direct Sales (Consumer Electronics industry is a plus)
- Comfortable with digital communication tools and video calls
- Ability to build trust and connect with customers in a clear, empathetic, and professional way
- Willingness to work five days per week, from 10:00 to 19:00 (including Saturdays)

This role requires relocation to Portugal.
Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company to recruit a Spanish-speaking Banking Operations Specialist to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting one of the UK’s most innovative digital banks.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals currently based in Spain who have experience in banking, financial services, or insurance and are interested in an international career experience in Lisbon.
You will support Spanish-speaking customers while applying your knowledge of banking operations to resolve complex cases and deliver high-quality service.
Your Role
- Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email for Spanish-speaking customers
- Resolve complex enquiries related to accounts, payments, disputes, and transactions
- Handle fraud investigations, chargebacks, and complaint resolution
- Deliver clear guidance on banking and financial services processes
- Act as a subject matter expert for banking-related topics within the team
- Support colleagues with knowledge sharing when needed
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish and good English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or similar sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex customer cases independently
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple platforms
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
