brUnderstand and promote the CX Suite portfolio as the entry point, participating in trainings and demonstrations with guidance from a senior sales advisor.
brCollaborate with partners and CCaaS sector consultants to strengthen relationships and generate opportunities, under supervision and mentorship.
brDevelop and maintain your Development and Prospecting Plan in collaboration with the Sales Director, presenting progress updates on a quarterly basis.
brDefine the targeting strategy and map the relevant decision-makers to expand your network and presence in the Spanish CCaaS market.
brParticipate in presentations and demonstrations of our digital solutions, with support from the technical and product teams.
brUniversity education (bachelor's degree or equivalent) or relevant professional qualification.
brJunior hunter profile: with a clear interest in B2B sales, especially in CCaaS and CX, and eager to learn in an international environment.
brDemonstrates curiosity about the Spanish market, ability to identify opportunities, and enthusiasm for building a pipeline from scratch.
brFluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and global teams.
brPast experience in sales, customer service, B2B marketing, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) or prospecting tools is advantageous but not required.
brIntensive onboarding and a sales development program with mentorship and a clear personal development plan.
brDevelopment and Prospecting Plan with semestral reviews and support from the Sales Manager.
brOngoing training in CX Suite, value-based selling, and prospecting tools.
