As a Certified Webflow Partner Studio, we design scalable digital ecosystems where innovative mindset meets technology.
We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for a Sales Development Representative who can own the entire sales cycle — from first outreach to deal closing.
This role focuses specifically on selling Formed IT services to startups, scale-ups, and innovative companies globally.
What Will You Do
Identify companies that need digital product, web development, or AI solutions
Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and strategic channels
Build relationships with founders, product leaders, and decision-makers
Understand client needs and align them with Formed IT services
Prepare proposals and lead client discussionsManage negotiations and take deals from prospecting to closing
Present solutions such as Webflow development, AI systems, and no-code platforms
What We're Looking For
Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Tech Sales
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable managing full-cycle B2B sales processes
Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong interest in technology, startups, and digital products
Experience selling digital services, SaaS, software development, or tech solutions is highly valued
