WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a CIB Delivery Operations Analyst, you will conduct documentation, preparatory, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of the bank. You will support operations and work with bank platforms, processing various payment transactions, including controls and data entry. Your responsibilities include:
* Leading commercial discussions with clients regarding agency services.
* Collaborating with business lines to enhance client experience through agency services such as Facility agent, ECA agent, Documentary agent, Intercreditor agent, Funds flow agent, and Sustainability agent.
* Fulfilling commercial objectives.
* Managing agency services, including:
* Handling conditions precedent during closing and disbursements.
* Managing correspondence between borrowers, lenders, and external advisors.
* Delivering notices, compliance certificates, budgets, and financial statements, and alerting clients to breaches.
* Maintaining custody of legal documentation and making it accessible to stakeholders.
* Collecting lender funds and crediting them to client accounts as per disbursement mechanisms.
* Coordinating waivers/amendments and returning documents to clients on behalf of lenders.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in the banking industry.
* Knowledge of syndicated and structured transactions.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (German, Italian, etc.) is appreciated.
