About the role
* Support the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
* Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
* Provide support in training and development: tracking attendance, managing documentation, and course logistics.
* Collaborate in HR administration: managing employee records, vacation tracking, and database updates.
* Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives.
* Participate in Diversity & Inclusion projects.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, reporting, and HR documentation.
