As Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, support operations, and engage the team.
You are ready to:
Drive performance and customer experience
1. Deliver a personalized and high-quality customer journey
2. Build strong relationships and contribute to the achievement of sales targets
3. Monitor KPIs and support action plans to improve store performance
Ensure operational excellence
4. Apply visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
5. Manage back-office activities: stock, deliveries, replenishment and inventory
6. Support the Store Manager in daily organization and use of digital tools
Support team and brand development
7. Contribute to team training and skill development
8. Share product knowledge and embody the brand’s values and DNA
9. Foster a positive, collaborative team spirit and support collective success
Profil
You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear retail and feel comfortable in a fast-paced store environment.
Naturally attentive to what’s happening around you, you are a true team player with an inspiring mindset and a clear sense of leadership.
Spanish and English are required to succeed in this role
