Compensaciones / Incentivos • Design, develop, and implement global compensation programs, policies, training, and tools with enterprise impact • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR partners and executives, representing compensation externally • Apply advanced analytics to solve cross-functional HR challenges and inform strategic decisions • Oversee program and project resources to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives • Develop deep understanding of Agilent’s global job structure, evaluating jobs and designing job families • Explore integration of AI technologies to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy • Maintain networks with HR COEs and functional experts to ensure consistent compensation philosophies • Collaborate with local HR Business Partners to monitor labor markets across 30 countries • Manage relationships with external consultants and survey partners to stay ahead of market practices
Responsabilidades • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s/MBA preferred • 10+ years of compensation experience with enterprise impact • Strong knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations, and best practices • Proven ability to design and implement company-wide compensation programs • Experience directing projects or programs and leading cross-disciplinary teams • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with executive audiences • Extensive experience consulting with senior leadership on complex topics • Ability to solve highly complex cross-functional challenges with innovative solutions • Experience with Workday systems and configuration (preferred)
