Within The General Logistics team provides the center of expertise for Cotys global transport and distribution network. It sets the strategy frameworks guidelines and provides functional expertise in network design across the global supply community and with the logistics community in the regions. It has the responsibility to identify and manage projects that deliver added value to the business in terms of Cost Performance Quality Service Compliance and Sustainability.
The team is ensuring the best service at an optimal cost for all global Air Ocean Road Transport and Warehousing operations together with external logistics service providers. Furthermore it is controlling the global freight budget and providing governance over the Control Tower Operations.
