- Oversee all kitchen sections, demonstrating expertise in cooking techniques, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served.
- Work effectively under pressure, meeting operational demands while upholding kitchen efficiency.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional guest service and fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilize basic computing skills to assist in menu planning, staff scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
