- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s performance management system (KPI / target-based evaluation).
- Coordinate and monitor performance evaluation processes for sales teams and operational staff.
- Collect, analyze, and report performance data on a regular basis.
- Assist in aligning departmental targets with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate performance review meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Support incentive scheme execution and commission structure tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations in performance-related processes.
- Provide HR support in organizational optimization and talent development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in performance management.
- Experience in commercial or sales-driven environments (automotive industry is a plus).
- Solid understanding of Spanish labor law.
- lFluency in both Chinese and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
