Job Description:
Siemens Gamesa is seeking a SAP Solution Architect for SAP S/4HANA ERP Finance and Controlling to support our expanding IT team. In this role, you will collaborate with business process experts and IT service providers to manage service operations related to SAP ERP. The position is based in Zamudio, near Bilbao, offering flexible working hours and home office options.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading a team of internal and external FI/CO consultants
2. Designing and owning the IT solution architecture for SAP ERP FI/CO applications
3. Ensuring solution design is consistent, stable, and compliant with audit standards
4. Collaborating with external vendors and service providers
5. Facilitating decision-making on SAP design topics among stakeholders
6. Advising business stakeholders on optimal application process implementations
7. Aligning integration and application roadmaps with Enterprise Architecture
8. Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement for IT service quality
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Extensive experience as a SAP FI/CO Solution Architect
* Leadership experience with FI/CO consultants in international projects
* Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP FI/CO and related processes
* Understanding of SAP Basis and ABAP for specification validation
* Experience with ITIL and service management frameworks
* Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards
* Experience managing outsourced services and third-party vendors
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
