Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner • Perform root cause analysis and identify recurring issues • Monitor applications and services to ensure performance and stability • 2+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Consulting • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments • Datadog – monitoring, logs, and performance analysis • Postman – API testing and troubleshooting • ServiceNow – incident and ticket management Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins • Experience with IT service management processes (ITIL) English: Spain (remote) The employee will adhere to information security policies: -Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on. -
