Role OverviewThe Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for
leading business development in Southern Europe
and managing high-level relationships with key stakeholders across the marine and shipbuilding sectors. This position requires a strategic and technical approach to sales, leveraging your network, regional expertise, and industry knowledge to identify and secure business opportunities, while driving the company's growth in this strategically important region.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with
shipowners, shipyards, and system integratorsIdentify, evaluate, and convert business opportunities in European and international marketsServe as a technical advisor, translating complex engineering solutions to client requirementsLead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiationCollaborate closely with internal engineering and project teamsRepresent the company at industry events, technical conferences, and client meetings
Candidate ProfileEssential Qualifications:Technical background in
electrical engineering, automation, or related disciplinesProven experience in
technical sales within the marine or shipbuilding industryEstablished professional network among
