Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingManaging crypto-related risk incidents in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and remediationIdentifying and managing crypto risks impacting operations, performance, or reputationMaintaining the crypto risk register and logging new risksCompleting risk assessments with focus on stablecoin-specific exposuresEvaluating and testing internal controls for crypto and stablecoin-related risksConducting crypto risk assessments for new productsMonitoring third-party SLAs related to crypto servicesCoordinating with legal, compliance, and audit teams to close regulatory gapsAligning objectives with evolving stablecoin regulationsCollaborating with local and global stakeholders on risk, incident registration, investigation, and root-cause analysisParticipating in risk committees and forums to escalate issues and update crypto policiesAligning crypto risk policies with European and Lithuanian regulatory standardsFacilitating appropriate risk awareness and risk culture amongst employeesWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience in risk management or a related role within financial servicesFamiliarity with crypto and stablecoin products and their risk frameworksDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesEffective interpersonal skills in cross-functional settingsSolid organisational skills with impeccable attention to detailThe ability to work independently, managing concurrent deadlines and multiple prioritiesBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
