What we are looking for brExperience managing €1 M+ enterprise accounts with a strong hunter–farmer mindset br5+ years in B2 B Saa S sales, ideally in Retail or QSR brStrong knowledge of the Spanish LATAM markets. brComfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles brCRM-driven and structured (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) brFluent English Spanish required | Additional languages (e.g., Portuguese) are a plus brResilience: Comfortable navigating long sales cycles, complex negotiations, and enterprise decision processes with persistence and a solutions-oriented mindset. brExecution Adaptability: Highly organized with strong follow-through.
