Meet The Team
* Our sales team is the first point of contact for customers with questions about our rtCGM products.
* We strive to turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates through customized solutions and professional communication.

Your Role
* Deliver sales presentations promoting Dexcom products to healthcare professionals including endocrinologists, nurses, pediatricians, and primary care physicians.
* Educate physicians and nurses on the benefits of Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring products.
* Build and maintain relationships with physicians and represent Dexcom at scientific congresses related to diabetes.
* Implement sales strategies to meet individual and company goals, managing regional budgets and expenses.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications for Success
* Native-level proficiency in Catalan; fluency in English is a plus.
* Strategic thinking, initiative, and knowledge of diabetes products and therapies.
* Proven success in sales roles, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
* Valid Category B driver’s license.
