WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in large corporate environments, ideally within operations or digital transformation contexts.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
* Background in operations, process optimization, or digital transformation projects
* Experience with Process Mining / Process Intelligence initiatives (e.g. Celonis)
* Knowledge of BPM methodologies and BPMN notation
* Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and operations environments
* Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations)
* Fluent English (mandatory)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support one or multiple squads
* Act as a bridge between IT, business and operations teams
* Support process optimization initiatives linked to Process Mining and BPM
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure Agile best practices
* Promote transparency, delivery tracking and operational excellence
