Daily responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the sprint content for the version in line with the roadmap
- Sprint tracking: estimates risk alerts ticket progress planning and management of unforeseen applications
- Assign topics to the team on the project
- Ensure smooth testing phases with the QA / testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes
- Organize project meetings: Daily stand‑ups sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams
- Perform people management for team members
- Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression
Who are you
- We are looking for someone who can drive positive change, is proactive and can lead the way, passionate with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and progress.
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous;
you have significant and proven experience in managing large‑scale projects in Agile with Product Owner experience.
- You are curious, enjoy the challenge and want to use your listening and communication skills to move the team forward. Communication with project stakeholders is essential.
