About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Digital Account Manager to join an international marketing and advertising team. In this role you will act as a strategic partner for German‑speaking clients helping them improve their online marketing results and achieve their business goals. You’ll play a key role in optimizing digital campaigns, supporting client growth and contributing to the company's success across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
* Create and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for clients.
* Provide data‑based recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on investment.
* Communicate with clients via calls, video meetings and email, building long‑term relationships.
* Work towards sales and performance targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Native or fluent German (C1) and strong English communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 6‑12 months of experience in online marketing, PPC or sales (preferred).
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Interest in marketing technology and digital solutions.
Compensation & Benefits

Performance bonus: Up to 4000 / year

Full‑time permanent contract (39 h / week, Monday‑Friday)
