Systems:
This role involves support and maintenance of primary clinical data acquisition systems, including:
* ACQUIRE CLINICAL, a suite of Medidata 15 products including iMedidata, Rave, Coder
* TrialGrid system, used to check clinical study builds for ACQUIRE CLINICAL
Responsibilities include assessing new versions of Medidata products for impact on availability, maintenance, security, or interfaces, and performing necessary changes, including documentation updates and testing. The role may involve project management activities for larger changes, managing user access, and supporting periodic reviews of the systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field
* Experience with computerized system validation and testing
* Experience with project management, IT change management, access management
* Experience with incident management (ITIL) preferred
* Experience with Medidata products (iMedidata, Rave, Coder) preferred
* Experience with TrialGrid preferred
* At least 3 years in the pharma industry preferred
* Experience with Clinical Development is a plus
