Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is a global role that will own the strategy and the execution of a wide array of people-focused projects. You will be a true partner to the business, an expert in navigating employment law globally, and work with stakeholders in multiple geographies to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :
* Partnering with Leaders and the Board on key topics such as organizational design, workforce planning, performance maximization, business transformation, coaching, M&A, talent acquisition, learning & development, and total rewards.
* Defining and driving a unique culture relevant to business needs.
* Setting and executing compensation strategies tailored to each business, leveraging shared services for fixed, variable, and equity rewards.
* Driving employee engagement through data and tools provided by the shared service team.
* Managing employee relations, employment law compliance, and policy development.
* Mentoring and coaching the Shared Service team to support employees effectively.
* Collaborating with other Heads of People Business Partnering to align practices and share best practices.
* Participating in group-wide projects with other PBPs and the Shared Service team.
* Working within a matrix structure, reporting to both the CEO of a business unit and the Group Chief People Officer.
* Leading a small team of People Business Partners, overseeing performance management, coaching, and global consistency in business partnering.
Requirements :
* 10+ years of relevant regional and international experience.
* Proven track record as a Business Partner, including influencing at the C-level.
* Strong business acumen and ability to tailor People strategies to business needs.
* Excellent partnering, coaching, analytical, and influencing skills.
* Ability to present effectively at a senior level.
* Solid understanding of business financials.
* Experience in matrix organizations.
* Deep knowledge of international employment law across multiple complex legal systems.
* Experience in developing compensation strategies and leveraging benchmark data with C&B resources.
* Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
* Ability to work effectively across cultures and diverse working styles.
* Experience supporting business transformation initiatives.
* Familiarity with HR tools such as personality profiling.
* Team-oriented mindset and leadership ability to coach a growing team of People Business Partners.
* Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
