Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Protective Coatings market in Spain.
* In-depth product knowledge in Protective Coatings and understanding of both commercial and technical aspects.
* Proficient in computer applications and a bility to analyze data and adapt strategies.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong negotiation skills, customer focus and a good time management.
* Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships.
* Ability to work from Home Office.
* Willingness to travel extensively (70% + of the time) across Spain.

* Represent our Protective Coatings portfolio across Spain with expert product knowledge.
* Achieve sales targets through strategic planning, relationship building and implementing of sales and marketing strategies.
* Identify on the market how our solutions meet customer needs and act as the primary point of contact for dedicated customers.
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
* Identify and close new business opportunities.
* Conduct product demos, prepare proposals, and manage projects end-to- end.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure success.
