We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative (B2C and B2B) to join a dynamic and multicultural team.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling and managing requests from individual customers (B2C) and companies/agencies (B2B) via phone and/or email.
- Issuing, modifying, and following up on reservations and operational requests.
- Providing proactive advice to clients and partners on products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolving issues with a strong customer satisfaction approach.
- Updating databases, internal tools, and case-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Native or bilingual level of German and English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service, reservation management, commercial operations, or similar roles.
- Strong computer skills and agility with internal systems/CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in international or multilingual environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of other languages, especially spanish, is valued.
