Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver exceptional on-tour experiences. This includes focusing on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure the achievement of Collette brand standards. Our goal is to have the best Tour Managers in the industry.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy to support business growth by sourcing top candidates in the industry to uphold our brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve our training strategy by addressing individual and team needs through various training models and on-the-road coaching. Conduct tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers, and assist in resolving issues on the road when necessary.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback. Identify training opportunities and resources to enhance performance.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the regional team to support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Collaboration Across the Organization: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.
* Travel: This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
Knowledge and Skills:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
