The FP&A Director leads the company's budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving financial performance. This role is responsible for providing management with insights into financial results and trends, creating financial models, and working closely with other departments to drive operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
* Lead the financial planning and forecasting process for Homecare division, including the management of monthly, quarterly forecasts as well as annual budget process, working closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Continuously evaluate and improve financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to ensure they are efficient, effective, and scalable.
* Provide insightful analysis on financial results including variance explanations for revenue, margin, operating expenses, and other key financial metrics.
* Provide guidance and support to Homecare finance teams on financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
* Drive forecast accuracy on P&L and working capital items through analytics and by partnering with the stakeholders.
* Manage the collaboration with business partners to develop departmental budgets and track performance against targets for the corporate entities.
* Oversee Homecare short term and long-term investment process.
* Act as the primary point of contact for managing Standard Cost. Actively evaluate operational cost, set up standards, and review forecast vs actual costs to identify variances.
* Partner with operations in manufacturing and supply chain to understand product costs and variance drivers.
* Lead a global FP&A team by setting clear expectations and guidance, providing coaching/development opportunities, and fostering a culture of excellence.
