We are looking for a person for the Sales team in Seville to contribute to strengthening our leadership position in the automotive industry and help us reach the next level. The person who joins will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, focusing on the mid-segment of car dealerships in the West Andalusia and part of Extremadura area. The main objective will be to attract these sellers and become their strategic partner, working from Seville.


Responsibilities

* Drive Growth: Develop key areas to increase Wallapop's presence by prospecting and acquiring new car dealerships.
* Strategic Acquisition: Attract new clients in the automotive sector (such as associations and brands).
* Loyalty and Value: Maintain long-term strategic relationships with the mid-segment client portfolio to achieve organic growth and meet company objectives.
* Impact Analysis: Measure, track, and analyze client performance metrics to propose improvements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside Customer Service, Product, and Finance teams to optimize the customer experience.
* Team Building: Actively participate in defining the sales process and structure together with the rest of the team.


Requirements

* Proven Commercial Capability: Demonstrable experience in account management and B2B sales, with the ability to close deals and build trust.
* Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, adapting the message to different interlocutors.
* Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to commercial decision-making and business development.
* Mobility: Availability to travel through Andalusia and part of Extremadura. It is necessary to have your own vehicle for all displacements.


Nice to have (but not essential)

* Previous experience in the automotive market.
* Good level of English.
* Previous experience in technological environments or marketplaces.
