 
        
        Overview Inbound Sales Manager (NL) - Dutch speaker at Qonto. Based in Barcelona. Drive revenue growth and establish Qonto's presence in the Dutch market, one of our key expansion priorities, by opening and scaling this strategic market through consultative selling and relationship building with Dutch SMEs. 
As part of our Dutch team, you\ 'll work closely with Mattia(Inbound Sales Lead - Central Europe) and Georg (Managing Director - NL) to build trust with new prospects while embracing continuous improvement and innovative approaches to market entry. 
Responsibilities Qualify and convert inbound leads from Dutch prospects using consultative selling techniques (SPIN/BANT methodology) to drive revenue growth 
Establish trust and credibility with Dutch SMEs who may be unfamiliar with Qonto, positioning us as their go-to banking solution 
Manage the full inbound sales cycle from initial contact through to opportunity conversion, maintaining high-quality prospect engagement 
Collaborate closely with the Dutch team (marketing, onboarding, customer success) to ensure seamless lead handoffs and customer experience 
Continuously challenge and improve sales processes to optimize conversion rates and market penetration in this fast-evolving environment

Georg Nuechtern, Managing Director - Netherlands. Path: 15+ years in strategic, commercial and operational roles across consumer goods, consumer tech and fintech; 
experience leading teams 20+ in Europe. What he brings: strategic direction and coaching to build plans and deliver results. 
About You Sales Experience: At least 2 years of solid sales experience, ideally in SaaS or banking/finance, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets 
Market Opening Skills: Experience opening new markets or territories and selling products that prospects may not be familiar with yet 
Startup Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments; 
able to self-organize, take initiative, and proactively improve processes 
Collaborative Mindset: Excels at working with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, onboarding) in a matrix structure 
Languages: Native-level Dutch and fluent English
