Digitalization and Data Manager: Within the Live Site Organization, manage the Digital and Data Strategy for OneMP, from the definition to the implementation of use cases to improve processes.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Boehringer-Ingelheim Spain MP's digitalization program, data strategy roadmap, and governance model, aligned with and supported by the Leadership Committee. Roll out activities according to the strategic plan. Report and follow up on key initiatives.
* Own MP's digital and data strategy and processes of data management. Act as a methodology sponsor and mentor for the MP organization.
* Foster a mindset of digitalization and data-centricity to enable solutions for departments. Establish a culture of data-driven decisions and reinforce synergies among teams. Develop and coordinate training to upskill staff.
* Identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data analysis with department representatives. Manage and maintain a portfolio of use cases.
* Assess the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques. Improve data collection methods.
* Represent MP Spain in network meetings with peers, share best practices, establish sustainable working relationships, and identify learning opportunities among network sites, global digital champions, and external forums.
Requirements:
* Expertise in digital technologies, platforms, and systems used in manufacturing, preferably in the Pharma industry.
* Understanding of data management systems, AI, machine learning, predictive models, algorithms, and experimental design and statistics.
* Ability to interpret and analyze data sets, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Capacity to develop and implement effective digital and data strategies aligned with company goals.
* Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire innovation, and drive digital transformation.
* Solid project management experience, including planning and resource management.
* Ability to drive organizational change for digital transformation and overcome resistance.
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Preferred but not mandatory: Knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical device production processes, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
