Customer Service Representatives - Ortigas - Onsite - Up to 30K
We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Airline Account!
Qualifications:
* Education: At least college-level
* Experience:
o Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in voice support
o At least 6 months of experience in the airline industry (Amadeus background is a plus)
o Familiarity with handling leisure and business customers
o Background in GDS/Reservations system is advantageous
o Experience managing various communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat, Back Office)
* Skills:
o Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
o Open to feedback and coaching
o Ability to work independently across a broad range of activities
