The Galley
The Head Chef, who joined the program last year, comes from a strong Michelin-star background and is known for a calm, supportive management style. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop within a professional yacht galley environment.
The Role – Sous Chef
This is a full-time permanent position starting 17 April.
The role would suit someone relatively new to the yachting industry, or a strong land-based chef looking to transition into yachting, particularly those from Michelin or Rosette-level establishments.
When guests are onboard, the Sous Chef will assist with both guest and crew catering. During the Head Chef’s leave (approximately 2–3 months per year), the Sous Chef will step up as Sole Chef for crew, taking full responsibility for crew catering.

Requirements
* Strong restaurant background (essential)
* Michelin experience highly advantageous

* STCW95
* Food Hygiene Certificate
