Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the DAS business in Spain and help shape the vertical strategy to align with Vantage Towers’ growth and sustainability goals. You will lead end-to-end negotiations, manage key venue-owner accounts, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to design competitive DAS solutions. You’ll monitor market dynamics and nurture relationships across the client lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and revenue impact. - Drive DAS business in Spain and contribute to vertical strategy and growth plans
- Align sales execution with the company’s revenues and EBITDA targets for DAS
- Develop the sales strategy for the DAS segment in Spain
- Identify and secure opportunities with major venue owners (hospitals, hotels, shopping centers, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end negotiations of frame contracts with customers
- Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to define competitive business models and end-to-end solutions
- Monitor DAS market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Oversee customer relationships across lifecycle to ensure satisfaction (NPS) and uncover further needs
- Coordinate with Contract Delivery Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementationResponsabilidades
- Accredited broad and profound knowledge in telecom or industrial sectors serving large venues
- At least 15 years in telecommunications/industrial sectors and minimum 10 years in managing customer accounts
- Strong commercial and negotiation acumen
- Experience managing commercial accounts in telecom and/or other industrial sectors with large venues owners
- Technical understanding of DAS-based solutions
- Willingness to travel
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work under clear deadlines and deliver results
- Strong presentation and communication skills
