Part of the SME&C; team focused on AI-powered Dynamics 365 solutions for the Sales & Service domain.Responsibilities Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customer's solution design endorsement.Own the technical win strategy for each opportunity.
Engage with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to translate priorities into a solution vision, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications and Copilot Studio to secure technical decisions.Orchestrate customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.Lead proof-of-concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, document POC outcomes, and map customer solution requirements into detailed technical plans with milestones, risk mitigation, and a Technical Close Plan for hand-off to SI partners.Showcase Microsoft's value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions to win technical decisions against competitors.
Address AI-related compliance, privacy, and security concerns early, developing mitigation plans to instill confidence in D365 solutions.Leverage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to scale solution delivery and collaborate on co-sell and co-innovation with partners.Work with Customer Success Unit (CSU) and Partners to ensure customers realize value from Dynamics 365 investments, including a deployment plan with success metrics and adoption milestones.
Drive early adoption of Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 AI Agents where applicable.Commit to ongoing professional development to maintain expert product knowledge and strategic sales skills.
Complete required training and certifications by deadlines and achieve advanced proficiency in consultative selling and Dynamics 365 solutions for key workloads.Share insights from wins/losses with the broader SE community and act as a technical thought leader through regular content delivery at readiness events.Address solution architecture considerations and handle competitive objections; assist in formalizing customer proposals.Qualifications Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.Dutch language is a must.Additional or Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.Previous experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Office 365; Power BI; Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security; Architecture).
