Your role

As a Lead Prospector, you will be the engine behind our sales growth by researching, evaluating, and qualifying high-potential business leads across the German market using smart online tools. Your Profile
* Language Expert: Native or C2 level of German and a C1 level of English.
* Market Specialist: At least 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research specifically tailored to the German SMB space, including a strong grasp of cultural nuances.
* Tech & AI Savvy: Proficient in spreadsheets (pivot tables, automation), CRM systems, databases, and utilizing AI tools to support your daily outreach.
* Smart Thinker: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, combined with logical and critical thinking to assess lead quality.
* Organized Mindset: Able to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
