We have an exciting opportunity available for a Jr KAM Regional in our Retail Sales Team to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The position lies within the Iberia Business Unit and is located in our Madrid Office.
You’ll be working in a successful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. This position reports into the Regional Area Manager and is focused on handling the Indirect Channel of Retail (C&C & Distributors example Ayala, Dian). The main responsibility will be to support business and profitable growth to drive the business. You’re constantly driving improvement activities within the Sales Team in Spain.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
* Handling relationships and growing sales to regional customer accounts in your perimeter.
* Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and delivering excellent sales fundamentals performance.
* Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implementing it for the assigned customer accounts.
* Developing the Retail channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identifying & implementing opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Hard Skills & capabilities
* University Degree, preferably from a Business School.
* 4 years’ relevant commercial experience in the retail channel, working with cash & carry and the main indirect channel's customers is a plus (Makro, Miquel, Covalco, Ayala, Dian).
* Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges, and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role.
* Proficient Spanish and English is appreciated.
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
* EU Work permission.
