Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant
This role is part of EY's global structure as a Global Elite partner of ServiceNow, involving various roles and stakeholders to provide top consultancy and solutions.
The opportunity
ServiceNow is a widely used enterprise platform for managing business processes. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be involved in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the NowPlatform, enhancing your technical and business skills in a global environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Leading the development and implementation of complex business processes, analyzing requirements, and potentially leading a team or designing ServiceNow solutions.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Deep understanding of the platform, with at least 4 years of experience, and skills in customization, integrations, and project activities as a Developer.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 4 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
* Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification
* Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.)
* Experience with ITSM and HRSD
* Knowledge of Software Development Best Practices
* Understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
* Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
* German or other European languages (advantageous)
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or economic field
