Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale eCommerce or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Hybris, etc.) and digital ecosystems (OMS, PIM, CRM, CMS, CDP)
- Hands-on understanding of customer experience strategy, personalisation, and conversion optimisation
- Deep knowledge of business operations (merchandising, content, marketing, logistics, payments, returns)
- Experience with multi-region, cross-border commerce—localisation, tax, and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams
- Curious mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to bridge business and technology
