In this role, you ensure the financial integrity of IT and non-IT business cases from ideation through full BAU benefits. You act as the finance representative in project governance, validating budgets, forecasts and actuals to support decision makers. You will lead project controlling, reporting, and capitalization decisions while driving process improvements. You will work closely with COOs, IT and business stakeholders to ensure accurate cost control, timely disclosures, and alignment with strategic programs. This is an opportunity to shape financial governance in AXA Partners' project portfolio and contribute to cost optimization across the organization.

* Consolidate and present project reporting (Budget, Forecasts, Pre-Closing, Quarterly Closings) for IT project scope and explain variances
* Propose process and reporting improvements to enhance data quality and formats
* Define schemes for capitalizing and amortizing project costs and ensure accounting compliance
* Calculate capitalization and amortization for IT and non-IT projects
* Review and approve business cases and project quotations within investment governance
* Develop and update templates, policies and procedures for business cases;
provide guidance and training
* Monitor monthly project costs and projected savings against business cases;
flag material deviations to COO/IT stakeholders
* Contribute to the Project Portfolio Quarterly review
* Control and steer staff costs and FTE;
design financial calendar for reporting phases
* Manage accruals (holidays, bonuses, pensions, SBC) and reconcile YES with accounting/payroll systems
* Prepare global staff cost projections considering salary, hiring, and FTE changes
* Challenge budgets and forecasts;
ensure periodic reporting and target achievement
* Prepare timely personnel cost reports with trend analysis and headcount/FTE reporting
* Perform ad-hoc studies (e.G., inflation impact)
Responsabilidades
* 5+ years in expenses management and/or budget controlling in a large finance organization
* Experience with expenses process design, testing, implementation and training
* Strong analytical skills (BI, data modelling, statistics)
* Understanding of end-to-end finance processes and systems (accounting, budgeting, reporting)
* Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders across business and IT
* Fluent English
