We are hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support riders and drivers in a global e-hailing platform. You will handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice while ensuring high-quality service experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer support for riders & drivers
* Resolve booking, payment, and account issues
* Provide support via chat, email, and calls
* Manage escalations and complaints
* Ensure high customer satisfaction
* Work in rotational shifts (24/7 support)
🧠 Requirements
* Fluent in Danish /Swedish (C1/C2 level preferred)
* Good English communication (B1+)
* 0–2 years experience (freshers with language skills welcome)
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
* Willing to work shifts & weekends
