We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of AEM to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our Adobe Experience Manager platform. This role will be responsible for driving the digital experience strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable, personalized, and high-performing web experiences (focus on PRESALES).
🔎Main tasks:
* Lead the development of the AEM practice from the ground up, establishing Spain as the reference hub.
* Provide sales enablement support across all markets, shaping solution proposals and positioning AEM in presales.
* Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams, ensuring solution excellence even when not directly embedded in delivery projects.
* Bring hands-on experience to guide teams on best practices, architecture, and implementation scenarios.
* Represent AEM expertise internally and externally, supporting client engagements, demos, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements (Must/Nice to have)
* 5-7 years of proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.
* Strong presales background, with exposure to both functional and technical discussions.
* Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical knowledge, even if not assigned to delivery projects.
* Certified in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites or Assets preferred).
* Previous experience in leading or building practices/competence centers is a plus.
* Proficiency in English and native Spanish speaker.
