In this role you lead the full lifecycle of STS automation products, from defining scope and roadmaps to deployment and post-launch performance. You’ll own OEM relationships, translate operational needs into technical blueprints, and work with terminals and OT/Tech teams to deliver value. You ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, shaping modernization and remote-operational capabilities.

- Define and own the STS automation scope across modernization levels and system interfaces.
- Develop and maintain product roadmap, value proposition, and cross-product requirements.
- Manage OEM relationships and translate business/operational needs into technical blueprints.
- Collaborate with terminals, deployment teams, and users to deliver integrated solutions and a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure product safety, compliance, and governance during deployment; escalate safety issues as needed.
- Oversee product integrity and deployment success; drive post-launch performance management and progress reporting.
- Coordinate with OT/PD&M; and Tech to prioritize OT backlog and ensure adoption of IT/OT standards. xugodme
- Advocate product management best practices and ensure stakeholder alignment with value delivery.

Responsabilidades
\n
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in product/program/project management in technology and/or operations, ideally in automation and/or transport/logistics
- Experience in real-time operating/industrial environments (logistics, shipping)
- Solid understanding of port equipment, automated systems, and related industrial architecture
- Knowledge of finance and contract management; experience building business cases
- Proven management experience with ability to deliver results through a team
- Strong communication in English (oral and written) and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with standard professional programs (MS Office, ERP/CMMS)
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or similar
