We are looking for a Head of Business Development for our PrimeServ Wind team at Everllence, former MAN Energy Solutions.
Based in Valencia, you will be responsible for leading the global business development strategy of PrimeServ Wind, the global service (aftermarket) product center for the wind industry. This role is central to the expansion of our wind service business. You will act as a strategic leader, define regional action plans, build and lead a business development team, and serve as Deputy to the Head of PrimeServ Wind.
You will work closely with local entities, regional sales, and service teams, ensuring execution is aligned with our global roadmap while maximizing growth and customer satisfaction.
We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
* Define and adapt regional and country-specific action plans based on the global strategy, co-created with local management.
* Establish realistic yet ambitious financial targets and KPIs, ensuring follow-up through dashboards and country reviews.
* Build, onboard, and lead a team of 5+ Regional Business Development Managers.
* Identify and manage strategic partnerships (OEMs, asset owners, suppliers) and support business generation from these alliances.
* Coordinate with local organizations to prioritize strategic actions, support resource planning, and remove operational bottlenecks.
* Design and implement the global marketing (external) and internal communication strategy supporting both global visibility and local engagement.
* Actively participate in the PrimeServ Wind Management Team, contributing to strategic decisions and acting as Deputy to the Head of PrimeServ Wind.
* Share responsibility for scaling the global business.
You Can Help Us With The Following Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar), Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years in strategic roles including budgeting, planning, and resource management.
* At least 5 years in people management, ideally building and leading high-performing international teams.
* Proven experience in the wind energy sector (OEM, asset owner, or service provider).
* Track record in launching new business lines and driving business transformation.
* Strong analytical skills, including market research, data interpretation, and financial modeling.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required .

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
