Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
* Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
* Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
* Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery team to identify project requirements and ensure objectives are met.
* Manage operational tasks for the Service Operations Platforms.
* Support daily operations and onboarding/training of Production Partners.
Experience:
* In Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.
* With service operations processes, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
* Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
* Excellent Excel skills and experience in SCRUM environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
