Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Managing and maintain organised technical information databasesTrack documentation status, numbering and revisions to ensure accuracyCoordination of information from multiple projects simultaneouslyPreparation of project documentation for client approvalPrepare weekly and monthly documentation reportsMaintain regular communication with suppliers and project team membersIdentify process improvement to enhance document control efficiency Qualifications:Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of energy.

2-3 year's experience in a similar roleExcellent technical writing and communication skillsFluent English speakerWork in a multi-disciplinary team in developing conceptual, feasibility, and final designs for a wide variety of water treatment projectsStrong detail-oriented work style, and an accommodating and proactive attitudeStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MS ProjectProcore, ACC, Auto CAD and Revit experience is essentialExperience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage
