Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service 
Ensure excellent customer service and effective zoning on the shop floor. 
Maintain company standards in all store areas (FOH, BOH) per brand guidelines. 
Provide feedback on customer service and support sales by monitoring and driving KPIs. 
Operations 
Ensure compliance with Karl Lagerfeld operational guidelines. 
Oversee POS transactions, stock maintenance, and replenishment. 
Execute merchandising plans, campaigns, and promotions on time. 
Maintain correct pricing, signage, and a hazard‑free environment. 
Prevent theft and ensure adherence to health & safety policies. 
Communicate and implement head office directives within the team. 
Commercial 
Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to drive improvements. 
Assist in forecasting and merchandising strategies to boost sales. 
Monitor competition and anticipate customer demand. 
People Management 
Support recruitment, development, and motivation of the team. 
Provide structure, coaching, and performance management. 
Manage absenteeism and ensure daily priorities are met. 
Qualifications 
Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 2 years of management experience. 
Advanced English skills. 
Broad experience managing teams and creating a high level of customer service. 
Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, leadership and sales experience required. 
Strong communication skills—honest, open, constructive.
