The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated person to plan and execute a strong demand generation strategy. The goal is to generate demand and nurture leads through a mix of initiatives such as online and in-person events, email marketing, and other demand-focused activities.
The main focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Italy, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.
This role requires strong cross-team collaboration, excellent project management skills, and the ability to analyze performance in order to continuously optimize results. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will contribute across the entire funnel by creating valuable experiences that turn leads into real opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Italian market, including content creation, event planning, budget management, resource allocation, and vendor negotiation.
- Review and provide feedback on marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company guidelines (messaging, branding, booth materials, sponsorship assets).
- Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners, coordinating joint demand generation initiatives, co-marketing activities, and events to maximize pipeline impact.
