Role Overview The Director of Finance oversees all financial affairs at Les Roches Abu Dhabi campus and its partnerships, including : Statutory and management reporting Internal controls, budgeting, and business planning Financial planning & analysis Support for school’s budget owners Cost analysis and expense recommendations Student accounting (billing and collection) Financial systems implementation and configuration Collaboration with CFO Sommet for guidance and employment Key Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis – School Support Develop and execute financial development plans with school leadership Maintain and update enrollment / revenue models Report on enrollment forecasts and actuals Ensure compliance with local fiscal, statutory, and IFRS regulations in financial reporting Conduct variance analysis and meet with department heads regularly Report forecasted P&L data and support capital requests and planning Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets Manage department budgets and payroll Supervise billing, scholarships, collections, and refunds Report on scholarships and discounts, and manage relationships with parents and sponsors Coordinate with Student Services for accurate billing information Prepare reports on collection status and aging Oversee new fee registration and SIS system development Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or accounting At least 10 years experience in financial planning and analysis or finance operations Strong accounting background and managerial experience Experience in international environments and cultural diversity Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of the education sector is a plus Excellent financial, accounting, and analytical skills Good understanding of IFRS standards Effective communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
